Harmony Sage, author of Yeast Fermentation Handbook: Essential Guide and Recipes for Beer and Bread Makers, is a classically trained French pastry chef who has worked in some of the finest kitchens in the world. As a baker, brewer, and distiller she is fascinated by all grain and yeast fermentation. An advocate for locally sourcing produce and grain, she is the owner of Long Beach Bread Lab and Long Beach Spirits Lab and co-owner of Long Beach Beer Lab with her husband.
